It is hard for me to express through one medium. I love to paint, draw and write. Photography is my passion, but having another outlet is a necessity. What I am able to do is use my photographs as the inspiration.

So with my Black & White series at Galleria, I am showcasing pops of color.

Galleria

Every year the Art Guild I belong to in Pacifica hosts their Galleria. It used to be all open wall where artists would rent out wall space. Which is ideal for those of us who don't have a physical studio. It allows us to show a body of work all together. It is one of my favorites things! Now we have modified it to have a Salon Style show as well as Open Walls. 

This weekend the 14th and 15th is the final weekend of this event! Please make time in your schedule to come and visit us! Galleria at Sanchez Art Center 1220 Linda Mar Blvd., Pacifica, CA. We are open from 1-5.

January is the start of new adventures, we all know it, we all plan and then life happens and we get back to "normal". I believe this year for me, I am going to get back to my kind of "normal". Wheresoever this adventure of 2013 is taking me, I plan on welcoming all of it wholehearted, exploring new creative outlets, and sharing as much as I am able to. What are you plans for this adventurous new year? The first month may just be ending but that doesn't mean anything is over. Go out and create. Go out and explore. Go be happy.
